Susan Kohn has been working with the Law Offices of Donald Mastrodomenico, P.C. since 2002. Over the past 11 years, she has worked under the great leadership of Mr. Mastrodomenico and has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in uncontested divorces, annulments, name changes, and divorces by publication. Since Ms. Kohn has worked in such a specific field, she has gained an expertise with a near 100% success rate at having all her divorce documents accepted by the Court at first request.

Many clients come into our office with divorces that have already begun but their prior attorneys are unable to complete the necessary documents in order to receive the Judgment of Divorce. Ms. Kohn can successfully fix problems with the proper documents done by other attorneys or even do an Amended Judgment to correct other attorneys' work. On some occasions, Defendants cannot be found and very few attorneys have the knowledge and skills necessary in order to complete a successful divorce by publication through the court system.

Susan Kohn graduated Yeshiva University Cardozo Law School with honors. She was in the Moot Court Honor Society and completed a highly competitive program in mediation. Prior to law school, Ms. Kohn graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University. She lives in Brooklyn and is married with three children.
